  • Can we get CPR, First Aid, and other Group training at my place of business?

    Red Cross Training for Your Organization

    Whether you are seeking OSHA compliant training for a small group of employees, need large group training across multiple locations, or are looking to grow your own safety training business, we have the flexible training programs to meet your needs, including:

    1. 1) FULL SERVICE - ON SITE TRAINING of your staff conducted at your location by our expert instructors
    2. 2) AUTHORIZED PROVIDER (AP) train-the-trainer program where we train individuals in your organization to conduct Red Cross training for your staff
    3. 3) LICENSED TRAINING PROVIDER (LTP) train-the-trainer program where we certify your training company to conduct Red Cross training in your community
  • What type of classes does Anchor CPR offer?
    1. Infant / Child / Adult CPR & AED
    2. Infant / Child / Adult Basic First Aid
    3. BLS Healthcare Provider
  • Where are classes held?

    At your place of business or a designated local facility

  • How long does it take to complete a course?

    Generally speaking, it may take anywhere from 1 - 4 hours to complete a course. Depending upon your skill level, you may complete a course in a different time frame. Estimated course completion times are available on each specific course page.

  • How long will my certification be valid?

    All certifications for CPR and First Aid are valid for 2 years from the date of completion.

  • Which organization offers the best training - ARC (American Red Cross), AHA (American Heart Association), or ASHI (American Safety & Health Institute)?

    All three (ARC, AHA, & ASHI) training programs follow the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR) 2015 recommendations. The standard revisions cycle for resuscitation is five years; the next is therefore scheduled to be in 2020.
